University Directors Board Chairman Dr. Yousef Asfour in the presence of university President Prof. Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri, welcomed the Head of the Joint Arab List Deputy Ayman Awdeh during his visit with the accompanied delegation at Ramallah campus.

The two sides held a meeting during which Dr. Asfour reviewed the university achievements at local and international levels, academically, scientifically and research. Also the university's facilities to accommodate students in all specializations the university offer for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

They reviewed the Palestinian labor market requirements. Dr. Asfour stressed, the university undertakes necessary studies for it, before offering new specializations. In addition to the continuous academic development of all its specializations, to keep pace with practical development and market’s changing needs.

It was agreed to hold joint meetings with Palestinian researchers from the 1948 with their counterparts at the Arab American University to enhance academic and research cooperation.
