Arab American University hosted Palestine Animation and Cartoon Festival, organized by “Move Palestine” cinematic initiative, the festival included several activities on top of it; specialized workshops, seminar discussions and present Animation and Cartoon movies.

The workshops entitled “The process of producing 2D and 3D motion movies and Basics of Animation” talked about designing, its beginnings, work mechanism, and film production mechanism and some illustrative films were presented for the students.

Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology Dean Dr. Mohammad Hamarsheh said that the festival aims to enhance the students’ capabilities and inform them on the labor market in multimedia and animated films, improve their abilities in various ways to produce animation films and create public awareness on animating and movies importance.
