It includes several specialized departments, such as the diagnostic and measurement department, the casting department, the plastic draping department, the calibration and assembly department, as well as the training department, to ensure the provision of comprehensive and integrated solutions.

In our factory, we focus on using advanced equipment and technologies to meet market needs and improve production quality. These setups aim to enhance operational efficiency and provide innovative services that perfectly meet patient needs. The facility also contains multiple units operating at the highest quality standards to provide the best medical solutions.

Diagnosis and Measurement department

In this section, the patient is received and work with him begins by taking her/his medical history as well as collecting the necessary medical reports, examinations, and x-ray images in order to determine what the patient is suffering from. Accordingly, the type of device or limb that the patient needs is determined in a way that suits her/his special needs and requirements, and enhances the achievement of the optimal goals of treatment. After agreement, the necessary measurements are taken to manufacture the appropriate device or limb.

modification and Casting department

In this section, a gypsum mold is made based on the measurements that were taken previously in order to shape and make adjustments to the gypsum mold. These adjustments depend on the patient’s condition and measurements for making the device, which differ from a patient to another.

Plastic pulling department

The process of drawing the plastic onto the gypsum mold that was formed and modified in the previous stage begins, after choosing the type of plastic appropriate to the condition, need, desire, and type of device to be made, in addition to choosing the color desired by the patient, so that the plastic panel is placed in special high-quality ovens. Then, the plastic panel is to be heated and applied onto the gypsum mold to create the device’s desired shape.

In this section, the limb incubator is produced by pouring special materials in the casting process, which are mixed in specific proportions and the details of the design are made based on the patient’s desire, to cast them in a specific way on the gypsum mold that was previously formed and modified in a room specially designed for this process.

Calibration and Installation department

In this section, the parts of the prosthetics are installed from a pod with the joints and foot and calibrated according to the patient’s condition and need, in addition to making the final preparations for the prosthetic or orthotics, including aesthetic and medical details.

Training and Rehabilitation department

In this section, the device is tested on the patient to ensure that it is appropriate for her/his measurements and their ability to make the adjustments required for treatment. The patient is then trained to walk using the device or limb, where s/he tries walking on flat, winding, or sloping ground, or on stairs, all of which are available in one room in this section. After ensuring that the device is suitable and performing a walking analysis, the device or limb is delivered to the patient, and appointments are set for review to ensure effective follow-up of the patient.
