Abstract

The research aims to build a conceptual framework for global competitiveness and strategic human resources, and present trends in theoretical literature presented on global competitiveness and strategic human resources. In order to reach this goal, the researchers addressed a problem that is summarized by the weak adoption by business organizations in general of the dimensions of strategic management, including what specifically relate to owning human resources seeking to achieve the goals of the organization with strategic visions, as it was found that the lack of specialized human cadres capable of working in the field of developing future visions The setting of strategic objectives is reflected in its competitiveness among other organizations. The research reached some results, including that the concentration of tasks and requirements and their application is considered one of the main matters for the success and effectiveness of strategic human resources management, and by identifying special skills and knowledge, duties and responsibilities, as well as human capabilities and competencies that are valid for carrying out these tasks and through documenting shared visions to achieve Strategic human resource management goals. The research recommended a number of recommendations, including the need for business organizations to seek to attract and retain efficiency from strategic human resources, and train them to assume leadership positions in the future, to create an environment geared towards improving global competitiveness.
