Luqman S. Maraaba was born in Qalqilya, Palestine, on July 12, 1987. He received the BSc degree (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from An-Najah National University, Palestine in 2010. He received the MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Arab American University, Jenin/Palestine. He has authored more than 20 papers in reputable journals and international conferences. His research interest includes Electric machine modelling, faults diagnostics, power system and high voltage insulators.
