General Surgery rotation is a comprehensive clinical experience spanning 10 weeks, offering students a deep dive into the core principles and practices of general surgery. During the rotation, students will actively engage with surgical team across various affiliated hospitals linked to the university's medical school. The rotation is structured to provide a profound understanding of general surgery, encompassing a range of surgical procedures, techniques, and patient care scenarios.

Students will spend significant time in wards, outpatient clinics, and the operating room, gaining hands-on experience in pre-, peri-, and post-operative evaluation and management of diverse surgical conditions. Also, the rotation serves as an optimal opportunity for students to refine their clinical skills, enhance their decision-making skills, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricate aspects of general surgery.
