Osama T. Jarrar is an assistant professor of English literature in the Modern Languages Department at the Arab American University, Jenin, Palestine. He has an MPhil from the University of Bergen, Norway (2000) and a PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia (2015). Both degrees are in English literature. His research interest focuses on the nineteenth century fairytale and fantasy literature, science fiction, and literary theory and criticism.
