The Arab American University, through the Office of the President’s Assistant for Information Technology Affairs, is committed to protecting its information assets from potential threats and ensuring quality by defining, documenting, monitoring, and improving IT processes across all university units and departments. To achieve this goal, the Information Security and Quality Assurance Unit was established, with the primary objective of creating a secure work environment by safeguarding information assets and ensuring their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
