Effect of Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin (L-PRF) On Fresh Extracted Anterior (Socket Preservation), Hard and Soft Tissue Healing and Postoperative Inflammation Control: A Randomized Clinical Study

We will investigate the effect of Platelet concentrates on the healing enhancements after any simple dental surgery or socket preservation after any tooth extraction in our clinics at AAUP. After taking consent forms from the patients. We will need to take blood samples and by using the centrifuge (with in two mins) we need to separate the plasma placing it in the socket site then suturing it.

We will investigate the healing rate for the soft and the hard palate then check the wound healing index.
