The Electrotherapy Laboratory offers students the opportunity to learn about therapeutic applications using various electrical devices, such as Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), Ultrasound, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), and Shortwave Diathermy. Students gain skills in operating these devices, which are used for pain relief, muscle stimulation, and improving blood circulation. The lab helps students understand how to utilize electrical currents and sound waves to treat muscle and joint injuries, enhancing their practical capabilities in delivering effective patient care.
