Overview

This BA degree program in Speech, Language, and Hearing Disorders will contribute in preparing specialists who are able to provide help to people of all ages who suffer from developmental delay, congenital disabilities and intellectual disabilities, weakness in hearing ability, autism, cerebral palsy and acquired disabilities such as brain injuries and strokes. This program in comprehensive and includes all the related scientific courses that are taught in the best US universities. The program will provide scientific experiments and intensive clinical training to provide students with knowledge and scientific skills to be able to work with patients efficiently.

Students will learn about Anatomy and Physiology including speech, hearing and sound mechanisms and visualization, how to develop language and communication systems, the sound system components, the neural science of speech, language and hearing and the strategies used to manage and assess speech and language disorders and hearing defects. This program also targets all areas of hearing and balance for both children and adults

 

AAUP works on establishing a special center equipped with the latest and modern technology and qualified staff to provide services for patients with disorders. After finishing 4 college year of (138 Credit Hours), graduates of this program will have a Bachelor degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Disorders.
