Based on the college's vision and mission, the Faculty of Business has adopted an educational model based on the following foundations:

  • Preparing graduates with a high degree of scientific and practical qualification, who are efficient and capable of competition, creativity and innovation, and are able to participate effectively in economic development and contribute seriously to the administrative and financial development of public and private sector institutions and prepare distinguished scientific studies and research.
  • Creating a stimulating educational environment that promotes the values ​​of creativity and innovation and provides students with personal skills, such as critical thinking, effective communication, problem solving, proficiency in using information technology, and other skills that will help them adapt to a changing and complex work environment.
  • Integrating Faculty students into the local community by hosting those with expertise from the market and in all financial and administrative fields to transfer their experiences and success stories to our students in order to provide them with more knowledge and skills that enable them to compete in the labor market. In this field, the Faculty annually organizes the Banking Day and the Exhibition of Support for Local Products and Industries.
  • Hiring distinguished academics with competence and experience in the field of teaching and scientific research, in order to prepare and qualify our students well, provide them with theoretical and practical knowledge, and integrate them directly into the labor market.
  • Continuously updating and developing educational curricula and programs to keep pace with the latest developments in the world of finance and business.
  • Adopting the highest standards of quality in teaching and scientific research. In this regard, the Arab American University was able to obtain membership in the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2022, and we are currently working in the Faculty of Business to achieve the conditions and requirements for obtaining international academic accreditation from this association.
  • Instilling and developing the correct human and ethical values ​​in the souls of students and establishing them in their personalities to control self-behavior and stay away from negative manifestations that conflict with these ethical values, as this is beneficial and good for them and their society, which makes them a force for social, political and economic reform.

Finally, the Faculty seeks to maintain close communication with its students and their families, and we will certainly be happy and grateful when you communicate with the Faculty deanship and submit your comments and suggestions, which will be welcomed and taken care of by the Faculty administration as they serve the educational and research process in the college, 

help its administration to accomplish its tasks better, and serve the development of the Faculty and raise it to more advanced levels, as achieving the goals of the Faculty and achieving its mission requires the efforts and cooperation of everyone.
