Overview

The Faculty of Engineering provides various services for students, including an Annual Career Day and Engineering Day featuring workshops and seminars by industry professionals. Faculty members uphold an open-door policy, encouraging students to discuss academic and career-related inquiries, with office hours announced at the start of each year. During orientation, new students meet instructors and senior students, fostering connections within the university.
Students are encouraged to participate in local and international competitions organized by IEEE AAUP, AIAS AAUP, ACM, and Hash Code, as well as engage in activities like photography, writing, drawing, and assisted to organize exhibitions. The annual Engineering Day showcases senior students’ graduation projects to influential guests, employers, and the public, with all events and competitions sponsored by the university and sometimes in collaboration with industry partners.
