The accredited programs in the Department of Legal Sciences are based on a specialized view in the field of public and private law, as several programs have been accredited in the field of public law, including: Master of Criminal Sciences, Master of Administrative Law and Constitutional System, Master of International Law and Diplomacy, as well as the accreditation of Master of Civil Law and Commercial Law, in addition to Master of Law in E-Commerce among the specializations related to private law.

In this context, two Ph.D. programs were accredited in the department: the first program is the Ph.D. in public law, which includes three specializations, and the Ph.D. program in private law, which includes two specializations.

The main vision that the department seeks to achieve is to create legal researchers specialized in all legal sciences, so that this covers the labor market’s need for experts and lawyers in the emerging and diverse fields of law.
