Many high school and university students face numerous challenges in obtaining information about Palestinian universities and the programs offered by each university. Often, they struggle to find sufficient information about the universities and the requirements necessary for the registration process. Consequently, they encounter difficulties in getting comprehensive answers to their inquiries about universities or majors. Our website specifically targets the Arab American University, as well as other universities in general. To address this issue, a web-based system has been developed using an AI-powered chatbot that relies on a large language model. The proposed system aims to simplify the process of searching for information and registration by providing quick and accurate answers to students' inquiries. By focusing on user-friendly interaction, the chatbot program will serve as a reliable source of information and offer solutions to various problems faced by new users.
Additionally, the system includes a dedicated section highlighting student events within each faculty at the Arab American University. It provides details about these activities and offers students a platform to participate, fostering interactive relationships and enhancing student engagement in campus life.
Moreover, the system features a section dedicated to housing and libraries within and outside the campus of the Arab American University. It provides essential details about these facilities, such as locations, services, and contact information, making it easier for students to find housing or utilize library resources.
