قال تعالى:
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوْا كُوْنُوْا قَوَّامِيْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ للهِ وَلَوْ عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِيْنَ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيْرًا فَاللهُ أَوْلَى بِهِمَا فَلاَ تَتَّبِعُوْا الْهَوَى أَنْ تَعْدِلُوْا وَإِنْ تَلْوُوْا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوْا فَإِنَّ اللهَ كان بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرًا" صدق الله العظيم.

The Faculty of Law, Arab American University, will continue the role of being the true place of truth and justice. The Faculty will keep feeding Palestine with highly skilled jurists, judges, and legal professionals to put it on the right track. The Faculty of Law will also maintain its position in implementing the rule of law and the justice across Palestine. All this would be materialize through the graduates of the Faculty of Law who are taught to recognize one face of truth, justice, and legitimacy.
The Faculty of Law was established in 2002 with the aim of excellence in legal education, jurisprudence and scientific research. Since that time, the Faculty is sparing no efforts to take this role through its students who reached (785) in the beginning of the academic year 2018. The Faculty also relies on its cadre of professors who are highly skilled in scientific and intellectual capabilities. The Faculty also take into account the contemporary scientific and technological methods of legal education. Besides, the Faculty is providing services to a wide spectrum of the community considering its role in serving the Palestinian society.

The Faculty aims at feeding the public as well as the private sectors with the necessary BA holders in the field of law who have been educated and trained by the best legal jurists in Palestine and attained the best theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of law.    
The Faculty of Law reinforces the concept of the rule of law in its students, either through lectures or through working outside the classroom, to serve as role models for other university students. The Faculty also interacts with the Palestinian community through participation in seminars and conferences held in the field of law.
