This program prepare students for the humanitarian fields in general, or particularly in the area of Islamic law and jurisprudence. Also, comply with the overall message of the faculty to cover Shari'a Laws and subjects that is essential to complement regular law. And supply the labor markets, internal and external with human resources that are efficient for global leadership in all areas.

The mission of this department is to consolidate the principles of truth, justice, and the rule of law. The faculty supplements the human thought with up to date developments in the legal science, deployment and renewal of knowledge, development of human resources, and the preparation of specialists in various legal professions. The faculty equips them with the practical skills necessary for the legal profession, the judiciary, and in the building of a balanced character capable of advancing society.
