Overview

The Faculty of Law has a mission and a major role in establishing the principles of right, justice and the rule of law, and supporting human thought with everything new in the field of legal sciences, disseminating knowledge, preparing specialists in legal studies, and providing them with the practical skills necessary for legal and judicial professions and building a balanced personality capable of advancing society.

The Faculty of Law at the Arab American University was established in 2002 to contribute with the rest of the university's faculties in achieving its mission, which aims to prepare academically qualified cadres capable of giving and building. It has been able to occupy a distinguished position among the faculties of law in Palestine, as it is considered one of the most successful and influential faculties in Palestinian society.

The faculty grants a bachelor's degree in law within the framework of a distinguished program, compatible with the highest scientific standards and criteria for law programs in Arab countries. The faculty also grants a master's degree in commercial law. These programs are subject to comprehensive periodic evaluation by the faculty.

      The mission of this department is to consolidate the principles of truth, justice, and the rule of law. The faculty supplements the human thought with up to date developments in the legal science, deployment and renewal of knowledge, development of human resources, and the preparation of specialists in various legal professions. The faculty equips them with the practical skills necessary for the legal profession, the judiciary, and in the building of a balanced character capable of advancing society.
