What will I learn

Ideally, a student of forensic science and crime scene investigation will learn how to analyze and understand forensic evidence related to crimes. To achieve this, the student will learn:

· Basic Concepts in Forensic Science: such as forensic medicine, forensic genetics, forensic toxicology, and fingerprinting.

· Methods for Collecting Forensic Evidence: including physical, chemical, and biological evidence from crime scenes.

· Conducting Laboratory Tests: and analyzing various forensic evidence samples.

· Interpreting Laboratory Results: and presenting them in clear reports.

· Fundamentals of Criminal Investigation: and modern techniques used in analyzing crime scenes.

The student will learn how to apply forensic evidence to solve crimes, which will enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to crime. They will also discover the satisfaction of analyzing biological evidence and linking it to criminal investigations.
