About Program

Overview

Arab American University, in cooperation with Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), has been offering the Executive Track MBA program since 2013 in Jenin and Ramallah campuses. This program aims to prepare professional workers to succeed in senior leadership roles, open new career paths, and create entrepreneurial opportunities. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to meet the needs of the modern and rapidly changing labor market.

Goals

The primary objective of the AAU/IUP Joint MBA program is to prepare successful working professionals for senior leadership roles, new careers, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Develop a deep understanding of personal values, and seek to apply them in the service of a larger purpose within the context of modern business.
Gain a solid conceptual knowledge and essential terminology in core business disciplines.
Understand how different practical areas interact in the world of business.
Prepare graduates to play diverse roles and collaborate effectively in a rapidly changing, project-focused global business environment.
Foster creativity and innovation.
Develop the ability of graduates to apply knowledge in new and unfamiliar circumstances through an understanding of relevant academic concepts

Career of Graduates

The objective of earning an executive MBA is to increase career options or simply to update knowledge and brush up on skills already acquired. EMBA degrees frequently lead to upper management positions such as:
