Overview

Our Master in Leadership program is designed to equip students with a profound understanding of both historical and contemporary leadership theories. Through critical analysis and evaluation, students gain the ability to apply these theories to a wide array of organizational challenges. Additionally, the program places a strong emphasis on self-awareness, enabling students to assess their own strengths and areas for growth as leaders. Ethical considerations are woven into the fabric of the curriculum, fostering an appreciation for the complex ethical dilemmas faced by leaders today. Provide students with an understanding of historical and contemporary leadership theories and the ability to analyze and critique these theories.
