The Master of Management program, specializing in Hospitality Management, is a specialized program that aims to prepare distinguished leaders in the hospitality industry by equipping them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills that qualify them to work in competitive and dynamic business environments at the local and international levels.

This program focuses on developing strategic and creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to make effective managerial decisions, while highlighting the concepts of sustainability, quality, innovation, and modern technology in the hospitality industry.

Goals

Enable the student to analyze the relationship between functional areas of hospitality and leverage synergies to maximize performance.
Develop the student’s ability to apply knowledge of financial management to hotel management.
Strengthen the student’s ability to apply technology to enhance hospitality organizational performance.
Enable the student to model the behavior of effective leaders and apply concepts of leadership to hotel management.
Instill within the student an understanding of the legal and ethical considerations affecting hotels and food service organizations.
Provide the student with a global perspective and knowledge of diversity issues related to hospitality management.
