What will I learn

The mathematics student will learn how to solve problems in various types of sciences using mathematical concepts, as he will be able to solve problems in physics, chemistry, engineering, economics and other sciences, whether natural or human. He will also be able to develop critical thinking skills, creative thinking, planning and conducting scientific research. There will be a focus in this program on teaching methods, which increases the student's chance of getting a job in the education directorates. In order for the student to master these skills, he will learn:

• Differential and integral calculus at its different levels.

• Applied mathematics in its various branches.

• Statistics and probability.

• Pure mathematics in its various branches.

 

Computer Lab

How will I learn

• Theoretical lectures to consolidate basic mathematical concepts.

• Applying some programs in the mathematics laboratory in order to 

 understand the theories presented in an abstract manner.

• Writing a theoretical or practical scientific research through which the

  student gains the necessary experience to write theses and research in 

  graduate studies.

• Conducting a statistical analysis of some cases that require data

 collection.

• Theoretical lectures in teaching methods.

• Giving classroom sessions to apply theoretical lectures.
