The Arab American University is seeking to hire a “female nurse” with a full-time temporary contract to work at the University clinic / Ramallah campus.

The nurse is expected to provide health care to patients in a professional and high-quality manner. She is also expected to be an active member of the medical team in the University clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving patients and opening medical files for each patient, including members of the academic and administrative staff as well as students.
2. Providing first aid for emergency cases and evaluating patients’ health conditions based on priority.
3. Providing health care to patients in a professional manner in line with the clinic physician’s instructions.
4. Monitoring patients' conditions and accurately record medical data and vital signs.
5. Implementing clinical procedures in accordance with medical standards and guidelines.
6. Working to continuously develop skills and information.
7. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of medical information and respecting patients’ privacy.

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Job:

• The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited university.
• The applicant must have at least two years of experience in working as a nurse in a hospital, health center or health unit.
• The applicant must have a professional practice certificate from the Ministry of Health.
