This study investigated the Prophetic Hadith "Allah will not unite this nation on misguidance. The study also addressed the degree of the authenticity of the Hadith and the methods of judging it. Additionally, the different interpretations of the Hadith were presented together with the analysis of the various pronunciations. The opinions of the scholars and the other related issues were also surveyed and highlighted. The problem of the study was linked to the authenticity of the Hadith and the basic Figh rules on which the Hadith is based. The researcher followed the critical inductive approach to reach the right and true judgment and the analytical descriptive approach to analyze the Fiqh scholars to clarify the evidence and protests. The study concluded that the judgment for the Hadith of "Allah will not unite this nation on misguidance " is fair by external.
