In terms of the Global Peace Index (IEP), Qatar has been highly ranked globally and regionally. Hence, it was necessary to study the experience of Qatar's population diversity and peaceful coexistence. The finding of this study would have a positive impact on decreasing the global media attacks on Muslims, and contribute to protecting Muslim minorities from persecution in some other countries of the world. The aim of this case study was to focus on the immigration to Qatar by providing some clarifications about the procedures in the cultural field, which were inspired by the principles of the Islamic Sharia and international standards, and highlight the extent to which the expatriate workers are satisfied with these procedures. The research addressed the extent to which the State of Qatar succeeded in supporting peaceful coexistence in the cultural field with regard to the great cultural diversity in light of Qatari immigration objectives for the Alliance of Civilizations. This empirical study was followed the descriptive analytical method, and data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to a stratified sample of 2401 expatriate workers in the State of Qatar. The key findings of the research revealed that the high rate of satisfaction among expatriates' workers reached 82% about the Qatari procedures in the cultural field, and it achieved a kind of stability and peaceful coexistence in Qatar. The study recommended sharing this national research with the United Nations as a global model that might contribute to finding solutions to the conflicts in the societies that have cultural diversity and reducing the persecution of immigrant minorities. The study also recommended more engagement of the expatriates in the Qatari society by learning Arabic, and encouraging them to be more involved in the Arabic and Islamic matters.
