In its effort of increasing its capacity for externally-funded projects, the office of Planning and Development is conducting an intensive course on Proposal Writing to about 20 employees who are in the process of or expected to write developmental and research projects for the University. The four-day intensive course is taught by Ms. Sara Capper of AMIDEAST-Ramalla who is a graduate of Arabic Studies from Georgetown University in Washington. She served as the Chief grant writer at the AMIDEAST Washington office and has been teaching this course for over six years.
