Board of Directors

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed his guests and congratulated Dr. Bara Asfour on assuming the position of Acting President of the Arab American University. His Excellency affirmed the provision of support and assistance to Dr. Asfour, pointing to the importance of education in the State of Palestine and his constant support for this sector.

This decision falls within the vision of the university's board of directors, board of trustees, and its supreme administration to provide quality educational and administrative services to all parties benefiting from the university's services in a way that responds to the global trends towards promoting digital transformation in the work environment at all levels.

Dr. Asfour visited the prosthetics factory which is the first of its kind in Palestine and the Arab area, and visited the modern autopsy laboratories in the Faculty of Medicine and the e-learning center laboratories as well.

In his tour around the campus, Dr. Asfour was accompanied by Dr. Moayad Abu Saa- the Acting President of the University and the VP for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mohammad Asia- the VP for Medical Schools Affairs, Ms. Manar Abu Sbaa- the VP for Administrative Affairs, Deans of the Faculties and Heads of Departments.
