Researcher Mohammad Ahmad Alawni, a student in the master’s program in emergency nursing, has defended his thesis titled “The Level of Emergency Nurses’ Caring Attitudes and Behaviors during Interaction with Patients at Emergency Departments in Governmental Hospitals at Palestine”.

The study aims to examine the caring attitudes and behaviors of emergency nurses while dealing with patients in emergency departments in Palestine.

Defense of a Master’s Thesis by Raja’i Baraka in the Strategic Planning and Fundraising Program

Researcher Raja’i Ihab Baraka, a student in the Master’s Program in Strategic Planning and Fundraising, has defended the thesis titled “Assessment of Business Process Reengineering as a Strategic Planning Practice towards Enhanced Management and Productivity”.

The present study aims to realize the results of applying the principle of process reengineering in the Palestinian private sector, by studying five main variables. These variables are the extent of application of process reengineering, senior management support, communication with employees, rethinking business, the way processes are arranged and their relationship to the results of applying the process reengineering.

Defense of a Master’s Thesis by Fida Ahmad in the Construction Management Program

Researcher Fida Hamdan Ahmad, a student in the Master’s Program in Construction Management, has defended her thesis titled “Studying Construction Resource Factors Affecting Cost Overruns in Construction Projects in Palestine”.

This thesis aims to study the resource-related factors that contribute to cost overruns in the Palestinian building and construction sector. The primary objectives of this research include studying the extent of cost overruns in construction projects in Palestine, assessing the importance of resource-related factors that contribute to these overruns, measuring the importance of each factor as perceived by stakeholders (contractors, consultants, and owners), as well as determining the effects resulting from cost overruns in the Palestinian building and construction sector.
