The Arab American University’s Faculty of Nursing has participated in the first international nursing conference titled “Trends in Nursing,” which was held at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in Amman, under the sponsorship of Her Highness Princess Mona.
Academicians from the Faculty of Nursing at the Arab American University Palestine participated in the conference, presenting rich scientific research articles and studies, in addition to the participation of a number of students from the doctoral program in nursing, and graduates of the master's programs in nursing, whose research articles will be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
This conference is an important communication link and interactive platform for exchanging opinions and experiences on contemporary issues related to various aspects of the nursing profession, especially in light of the challenges facing the health sector around the world.
On the sidelines of the conference, the President of Al-Zaytoonah University, His Excellency Professor Dr. Mohammad Al Majali, met with the deans of the faculties of nursing, as part of the annual meeting of the Scientific Association of Arab Faculties of Nursing, of which the Faculty of Nursing at the Arab American University is a member. The Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Lubna Harazneh, participated in the meeting in which the development of scientific research in Palestinian universities and their academic staffs’ excellence was praised.
